a plan that works.

Career consulting. Professional development. Business strategy. Settlement navigation. Four practice areas. One house.

Twenty years of work across three continents.

Olympia & Associates was built on twenty years of work across three continents — managing technology deployments at national scale, coaching first-time leaders in East Africa, and navigating the systems that shape how people build careers, businesses, and lives.

Brian Ssennoga is the founder. He is a founding member of the ICT Association of Uganda, the builder of a community health system serving 780,000+ refugees, a practitioner at the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, and a management coach with eight years of facilitation history at the Kampala Leadership Hub. He has been doing this work since before it had a name.

Olympia & Associates is his Edmonton practice — bringing that history to bear on the problems in front of you.

I didn't know there was a scholarship gated behind our immigration status. I didn't know the Edmonton option could save us $80,000. What I got was a list of things to do, in order, with deadlines.
