That's what the scoping call is for. You don't need to arrive with a fully formed brief. Describe your situation in a sentence or two — we'll help you figure out whether Career Consulting, Professional Development, Leadership & Business Consulting, or Newcomer Pathways is the right fit. Or whether it's a combination.
What happens after the call?
If there's a fit, you'll receive a short proposal within 48 hours — specific to your situation, not a template. The proposal outlines what the engagement covers, what it costs, and what you'll have at the end. Work begins when the contract is signed and the initial payment is received.
If the spot is full
Career Consulting and Professional Development are limited to three new active clients per month. If spots are full, you'll be offered a place on the waitlist — with a first resource delivered immediately and priority notification when a spot opens.

Not a polished pitch — just where you are and what you're navigating. The more specific you can be, the more useful the conversation will be. But if you're not sure where to start, starting is enough.
We ask the right questions.
The scoping call is structured. We ask about your situation, your timeline, what you've already tried, and what a good outcome looks like to you. We're listening for the irreversible constraints — the things that matter most and that can't be undone.
You leave with clarity.
At the end of 30 minutes, you'll know whether there's a fit, which stream applies, and what the next step looks like. Most people leave the scoping call with something useful — whether or not they engage. That is by design.
