Every engagement begins here. No cost. No commitment. We understand your situation, confirm whether there is a fit, and are honest if the timing or the need isn't right for this kind of work.
Proposal
A short document outlining what the engagement covers, how it is structured, what it costs, and what you will have at the end. Specific to your situation — not a template. If it doesn't reflect your reality, we revise before anything is signed.
Contract and initial payment
Work begins when the contract is signed and the initial payment is received. This applies to every engagement, every stream, every client. It protects your time and ours.
The work
Structured, thorough, and built collaboratively. Deliverables are explained as they are built — you understand the thinking, not just the output. Documents are delivered throughout, with the rationale behind every decision.
Handoff
Every engagement closes with a clear picture of what was produced, what it means, and what the next step is. You own the deliverables. You leave with documents you understand, not ones you have to decode.

Not fractional executive work. Not open-ended advisory. Not documents nobody reads. Every engagement is scoped, time-bounded, and sized to what the situation actually requires — not to demonstrate how much work was done.

We fact-check. We cite sources. We name uncertainty when it exists rather than projecting false confidence. We tell you what the data shows, what our experience suggests, and where the limits of our knowledge are — so that the decisions you make are grounded in something real. Olympia & Associates handles personal information under PIPEDA (federal) and Alberta's PIPA. For clients based in the EU, GDPR principles apply.
In plain language: we collect only what is needed to serve you, use it only for that purpose, and do not share it with third parties. Intellectual Property
The work belongs to you. The frameworks belong to us.
Every deliverable produced under a contracted engagement transfers to you on receipt of full payment. You commissioned it. You paid for it. It is yours to use, adapt, publish, or build on.
The methodologies, tools, templates, and structured approaches used to produce that work are Olympia & Associates intellectual property. They are retained and continue to evolve across engagements. You receive the output — not the underlying tools.
AI Use

Olympia & Associates is an AI-powered, digital-first practice. AI tools are used in every engagement for research synthesis, document structuring, and content development. This is not hidden and not apologised for.
One non-negotiable boundary: your personal information — name, contact details, work history, financial circumstances, family details — is never submitted to an AI tool. AI is applied to frameworks and general content only. Every deliverable is reviewed and shaped by a human consultant before it reaches you.

Career Consulting — High School
For families with students in Grades 9–12. The engagement begins with a discovery session and moves through NOC/TEER pathway mapping, a written pathway report covering academic roadmap, scholarship calendar, and institution shortlist, and coaching calls for both the student and the parent. The earlier the engagement, the wider the windows — and the lower the cost. Grade 9–10 families access the Foundations package ($750 + GST). Grade 11–12 families access the Pathways package ($1,500 + GST), with an optional Family Navigation add-on ($300 + GST).
Professional Development
Two models, one standard. Done For You: we build your résumé, LinkedIn profile, and positioning assets and deliver them in final form — best for clients who know their target and need professional-grade tools to pursue it. Done With You: we build the strategy together, run the campaign collaboratively, and adapt in real time — best for clients navigating a new market, a career change, or internationally trained credentials. The primary entry point is the Career Launch Bundle ($950 + GST), which includes both résumé and LinkedIn plus two coaching calls and an application strategy session.
Leadership & Business Consulting
For founders, executives, and team leaders at a specific moment — a major decision, a strategic pivot, a business plan that needs to hold up to scrutiny, a team that needs facilitation, or an organisation preparing to make a significant move. Engagements are scoped per situation and run from a half-day Strategy Session ($600 + GST) through full Project Engagements (from $1,200 + GST). Facilitation and talks are available from $750 + GST. Every engagement is accompanied — built with you, not delivered to you.
Newcomer & Immigration Pathways
For individuals and families settling in Alberta who need more than a generic orientation. The engagement begins with a structured intake and assessment, moves through a personalised navigation plan covering employment, credential recognition, community access, financial systems, and education, and includes follow-up calls as your situation develops. One important boundary: this is navigation and preparation support — not legal immigration advice. For questions about immigration status, applications, or permits, we will refer you to a licensed RCIC or immigration lawyer. Primary package: Alberta Navigation ($600 + GST). Family Navigation: $900 + GST.
