Leadership & Business Consulting

You have the vision.
The question is whether the structure
beneath it will hold.

Founders, executives, and team leaders come to Olympia & Associates at a specific moment — when a major decision needs a thought partner, a plan needs pressure-testing, a team needs facilitation, or a business needs a strategy that can actually be executed. The accompaniment model is built for exactly those moments.

Is this service for your organisation or team?

These statements describe the situations that typically bring leaders to a scoping call. Read them honestly — the more you recognise, the more urgent the conversation.

I have a strong idea or direction, but nobody has pressure-tested the plan — and I'm not confident it will hold up when the stakes are real.

I'm preparing a business plan for a bank, an investor, or a funding programme — and it needs to answer every question before they ask it.

My organisation is at a strategic inflection point — a pivot, an expansion, a restructure — and I need structured thinking before we commit.

My team is not performing at the level it should. I'm not sure whether the problem is structure, communication, culture, or leadership — but I know something is off.

I need a facilitator for a planning retreat, a leadership workshop, or a community session — someone who can hold a room and move people toward real decisions.

I'm a first-time leader or manager and I'm navigating situations for which nobody gave me a framework — and I'm figuring it out alone.

My organisation's positioning doesn't reflect what we actually do or who we actually serve — and the gap is costing us clients, partners, or credibility.

I've been approached to speak or present at an event and I want the content to be substantive, structured, and genuinely useful — not generic motivation.

I'm running a startup or early-stage business and I need someone to help me think through the model — not tell me what to do, but help me think clearly.

I want to work with someone who has actually delivered at scale — not someone who has only advised from the outside.

If six or more of these landed — the scoping call is the right next step. Strategy problems compound quietly. Every month a plan goes untested, a positioning gap goes unaddressed, or a team dynamic goes unresolved, the cost grows. A 30-minute scoping call is free. Commissioning a strategy retreat after a year of drift is not.

What working together looks like.

Every engagement — regardless of type — follows the same structure. The scoping call is always free. The work begins when a contract is signed and an initial payment is received. There are no exceptions.

01

Scoping call — free, 30 min

We discuss your situation, what you're trying to achieve, and what kind of engagement makes sense. At the end, we'll recommend a format if there's a fit — or be direct if there isn't.

02

Proposal

A short document confirming what the engagement covers, how it's structured, what you'll have at the end, and what it costs. Specific to your situation — not a template.

03

Contract and initial payment

Work begins when the contract is signed and the initial payment is received. This protects the quality of the work and the integrity of the engagement for both parties.

04

The work — and the handoff

Structured, thorough, and built with you. Deliverables are explained as they're produced — you understand the thinking, not just the output. Every engagement closes with a clear picture of what was built and what comes next.

What this is not: fractional executive work, open-ended advisory, or consulting that produces documents nobody reads. Every engagement is scoped, time-bounded, and sized to what the situation actually requires — not to demonstrate how much work was done.

Four ways to engage. All scoped to the moment.

Strategy Session

A focused half-day on a specific problem or opportunity.

Preparation, a structured session, and a written output. Best for leaders who have a specific decision to make, a challenge to reframe, or a direction to pressure-test — and who need a structured conversation with someone who has done this before, not a sounding board.

The session is not a presentation. It is a working session — with frameworks applied to your actual situation, real-time analysis, and a written output that captures the thinking and the next steps.

from $600 + GST · half-day (~4 hrs)

Good for: a specific strategic decision, a challenge that needs reframing, or a plan that needs testing before commitment.

Project Engagement

A scoped engagement with defined deliverables and a clear end point.

For situations that require more than a half-day — a competitive analysis, a positioning framework, a full business plan, a digital presence build, a governance document. The engagement is scoped after the scoping call, structured around specific deliverables, and delivered with the rationale explained at every step.

This is the format used for the Janzen Family Care and Haven Icecream engagements. It is what the accompaniment model was built for.

from $1,200 + GST · minimum 8 hrs · scoped per project

Good for: business plans, competitive research, positioning, digital presence strategy, governance frameworks, strategic documents.

Facilitation & Talks

Content-rich sessions for teams, communities, and conference audiences.

Eight-plus years of facilitation practice across Uganda and Canada — management workshops, leadership talks, team dynamics sessions, parenting and family leadership, PreMarital preparation, and professional clarity. The facilitation catalogue is broad. The standard is the same across every context: substantive content, practical framing, and a room that leaves with something real.

Facilitation is not a keynote that delivers content to an audience. It is a session that uses content to move an audience — from a problem to a framing, from a framing to a decision, from a decision to a next step.

from $750 + GST · half-day; full day from $1,500; keynote quoted per event

Good for: planning retreats, leadership workshops, faith community sessions, team development, conference talks, and professional association events.

Leadership Coaching

Structured coaching for leaders at a specific moment in their development.

First-time managers navigating people dynamics for the first time. Experienced executives facing an organisational challenge that defies their existing frameworks. Business owners who have grown past the point where instinct alone is sufficient. The coaching model is simple: sit with the thinking, surface the frameworks, help the person move.

Coaching engagements are structured — not open-ended conversations. They begin with a diagnostic, follow a structured arc, and end with a clear picture of what changed and what comes next.

from $150 + GST / hr · typically structured as 4–8 session series

Good for: first-time leaders, executives navigating complex decisions, business owners who need a structured thinking partner.

Project Engagement · Digital Presence & Positioning

Janzen Family Care

From solo practice to positioned service.

Candice Janzen had a family navigation service that worked — and a digital presence that didn't reflect how distinctive it actually was. The engagement ran four phases: competitive analysis across three comparator organisations, positioning gap matrix and page blueprints, a full multi-page HTML website build, and an AI Implementation Brief governing AI use within the practice. Every decision was explained in plain language as it was made.

4 phases from blank canvas to launched practice

"The site finally looks and reads like what I've actually built."

Facilitation · Faith Community & Leadership

Edmonton Talks — Daughters of Zion & Rhema Chapel

Two organisations. Four sessions. Applied leadership facilitation in Edmonton.

Two faith community organisations brokered through Diamond Consulting Inc. Four facilitated sessions delivering leadership and personal development content for real audiences — navigating leadership inside families, workplaces, and community spaces simultaneously. Applied sessions grounded in eight years of facilitation practice, not theoretical frameworks. Delivered in Edmonton, March 2026.
